Im looking for a foreign woman roommate, the apartment is in the steps away from the corner of Av. patria and Avenida guadalupe, 10 min away from de Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, 25 min. away from ITESO and 30 min. away from the ITESM and downtown Guadalajara. Is in a great zone cus the building is quiet, but is near from most of the cool things of Guadalajara and Zapopan, all of the malls are 15 min away, the bars and the night clubs too. You will have your own room but we will share the bathroom. The entire apartment is furnished; living room, dining room, kitchen (that has everything), TV with DVD and the rooms have everything too. also the Laundy service. The rent of 400 dolars includes the electricity, the internet, the cable, house keeping, and the gas, there’s a phone too.. The food is not included; u will have to buy the food that you prefer. The groceries store is 5 min (two blocks) away from the apartment. I have 23 years old, and im studyng in the ITESO.

Hola Estoy buscando compañaera de casa, el departamento está casi esquina de av. patria con av. Guadalupe. A diez minutos de la Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, a 25 min del ITESO y a 30 min del ITESM y del centro de Gdl. y de Zapopan. Es una súper zona por que el edificio es tranquilo y está cerca de todos los lugares divertidos de Guadalajara y de Zapopan. Todas las plazas están a 15 min y los bares y los night club también están en esta zona. Tendrás tu propio cuarto pero compartiremos el baño. Todo el departamento esta amueblado, tiene sala, comedor, cocina completamente equipada, TV, DVD, y los cuartos también tienen todo lo necesario. Hay una lavadora a tu disposicion. La renta de 4500 pesos, incluye seguridad, electricidad, internet, cable, limpieza del departamento, gas y el teléfono. La comida no está incluida, tu comprarás la comida que prefieras.
